Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Domestic (China): 3–7 business days
- International: 7–15 business days
Free shipping is available on all orders over $100 USD. Orders below this amount will be charged a standard shipping fee at checkout.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Customs & Duties International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total or shipping cost.
